Welcome to Arcana Vault. By accessing our website, browsing our archive, or purchasing physical artifacts from our catalog, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Purchase & Pricing Terms
All prices are quoted in United States Dollars ($ USD). We reserve the right to update pricing, correct typographical errors, and limit order quantities on limited-edition or master-tier artisan pieces to prevent commercial hoarding.
2. Billing & Payment Processing
By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the chosen payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay). All authorizations are processed in real-time through Stripe. If an authorization fails, the order cannot be fulfilled.
3. Shipping & Risk of Loss
All items are shipped via tracked commercial carriers (FedEx, USPS). Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery by the carrier to the destination address specified in your order. All parcels are insured by Arcana Vault against transit loss or damage.
4. 30-Day Master Guarantee & Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy on all standard catalog items. To be eligible for a refund, artifacts must be returned in their original collector packaging with all included components, seals, and solution certificates intact.
5. Intellectual Property
All custom graphics, logo insignias, curated photography, descriptions, and proprietary website code are the exclusive intellectual property of Arcana Vault Atelier and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.
6. Limitation of Liability
Arcana Vault shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of physical puzzle artifacts or delays in carrier delivery beyond our reasonable control.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
